The Masía el Altet family produces what is considered one of the world’s finest olive oils, crafted in a remarkable environment between the Font Roja and Sierra de Mariola Natural Parks. At elevations of 800–1390 meters, centuries‑old olive trees grow alongside an exceptionally rich Mediterranean flora, giving the oil its distinctive aroma and high polyphenol content. Masía el Altet Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Masia: Refers to a rural estate, farmhouse, or agricultural property. Common in regions of Spain that belonged to the former Crown of Aragon. Altet: A small elevation of land. Derived from the diminutive of ALT — height.
Premium Masía el Altet Second Coupage. This second coupage is crafted from 70% native varieties — 40% Changlot Real and 30% Alfafarenca, Genovesa and Blanqueta — combined with 30% Picual. The olives are harvested at the “pre‑envero” stage, the moment of peak aromatic and flavour expression. The oil is exceptionally rich in polyphenols and antioxidants,
