Vinification
The grapes, harvested at the moment of their complete maturation, after destemming and crushing are subjected to soft pressing. The must obtained is fermented at a temperature of 15 ° C in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow color, with a hint of ripe fruit, banana and apple, it is soft to the taste with a high aromatic persistence.
Food pairing
It goes perfectly with the Mediterranean flavors, such as shellfish and even structured fish dishes.
