Vinification technique: immediately pressing whole clusters in a pneumatic press without destemming, then placed in steel tanks at an adjustable temperature; blank (without pomace) until the sugar is used up. Aging in steel, for a minimum period of 6 months, after bottling.
Tasting notes
Wine with a color that can vary from straw yellow to yellow with purple veins, with a tannic and sapid flavor, aromas ranging from floral to fruity. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
