Winemaking
The grapes, harvested when they are completely ripe, are subjected to soft pressing after destemming and crushing. The must obtained is fermented at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notes
Pale pink color, intense fruity aroma with hints of ripe fruit. It has a soft taste with high aromatic persistence. Serving temperature: 12 – 14 °C.
Food pairing
It goes well with delicate appetizers and aperitifs, pasta dishes, fish soups and fresh cheeses.
