Vinification technique: taken immediately from whole grapes in a pneumatic press without removing it, then placed in maple containers at an adjustable temperature; in white (without gold) until the blue is gone. Storage in maple, for a minimum period of 6 months, after embossing.
Tasting notes
Wine with a color that can vary from amarillo to amarillo with purple glasses, with a tannic and savory taste, aromas that range from floral to fruity. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.

Accompaniment with food based on fish, seafood, stuffing and quesos, also with postres.
