Tasting notes

A young wine replete with tannins, this is also fruity while well structured. It shows power as well as concentration, with a generous red-cherry aftertaste.

Food pairing

A perfect companion for a variety of starters, coq au vin, grilled meats and cheeses such as comté or chèvre. Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 14°C, for the best experience.
