For the last 50 years, the Prulho name has been associated with the best distillation equipment in the business. Their expertise in providing the machinery and know-how for a complete distillation process sees their distilleries not only in the cognac, armagnac and calvados regions of France, but also in countries all over the world. These include the US, China, Bolivia, Italy, Japan and South Africa. This very specific know-how and experience in distillation procedures is applied to Cognac Prulho – and under the company’s label, there is a full range of cognacs.

Vallée Noire is aged entirely in Sherry Oloroso casks. As a result, this whisky is characterized by spicy notes and candied fruit aromas that enhance its natural fruitiness. A rich and indulgent whisky, it combines the heritage of both Breton and Spanish terroirs. It is made from French barley and matured in the cellars of Maison Prulho. The whisky is non‑chill‑filtered and retains its natural colour.

Appearance: Amber. Aroma: Intense and elegant. Gourmet notes of vanilla and citrus, lifted by hints of dried fruits and a touch of menthol. Palate: Balanced and round. Flavours of crème brûlée, prune and toasted almonds. Finish: Warm and lingering. Light vanilla notes, with sherry and spice accents.
