About wine
The grapes are harvested during August and September using the most kind varieties to get good quality in the grape-juice. During the elaboration has been a very soft crushing and pressing with the objective of obtaining the best quality of the grape-juice to ferment at very low temperature. Keeping the fresh and fruity character that characterizes it.
Tasting notes
Presents a limpid and translucent pale yellow color. On the nose is fruity with citric and floral character. On the palate is equilibrate, very fresh and easy to drink.
