Winemaking
After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes a slow, cool fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks for 20–25 days to highlight the finest and most typical spicy notes of this grape variety. Ageing takes place entirely in stainless steel, with no contact with wood.

Tasting notes

The colour is straw yellow with elegant greenish reflections. The aroma reveals intense notes of ripe apple and pear, offering a sense of freshness and delicacy.

Serving Suggestions
Served well‑chilled as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with appetizers, light soups, fish dishes, as well as poultry and beef. Best served at 8–10°C.
