Description
Celler Cedó Anguera is a small family winery located in the town of La Serra d’Almos within the DO Montsanti. The winery owns 15 hectares of vineyards, all located in the municipal district of La Serra d’Almos, where the grapes used to produce these wines come from.
Winemaking
Clònic Carinyena is a monovarietal wine made from Carinyena, from the oldest vines in the winery, which are over 70 years old. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Intense and expressive nose, notes of ripe black fruit, dark chocolate together with light spicy and toasted notes. On the palate it is intense with a smooth mid palate, integrated fruity tannins, black fruit and menthol notes.
Recommended serving temperature: 15°C — 17°C
