Winemaking

Classic mash fermentation for approx. 20 days in open fermenters; gentle pressing; 15 months of ageing in traditional 600 L Halbstück oak casks; malolactic fermentation in barrel; double racking; no filtration; minimal sulfur addition.

Tasting notes

Red berry aromas with a hint of spice. Fresh and lively on the palate with forest‑floor nuances and fine tannins. Well balanced, with deep color, subtle oak influence and delicate roasted notes. Serving temperature: 12–14°C. Drinking: now – 2028+.
