Winemaking

Сlassic mash fermentation for approx. 18 days in open fermenters; gentle pressing; 15 months of ageing in traditional 600 L Halbstück casks and used barriques; malolactic fermentation in barrel; double racking; no filtration; minimal sulfur addition.

Tasting notes

Elegant cherry fruit, graphite and subtle smokiness. A taut body with creamy texture, vibrant acidity and juicy character. Good length with fine minerality, hints of tobacco and licorice. Light, refined and highly drinkable with a well‑defined finish. Serving temperature: 12–14°C. Drinking: now – 2028+.
