2021. In 2021 Marsura Family purchased a historical Winery in the Treviso D.O.C area. Its name was “Castello Carboncine” , which it’s been later shortened to “Carboncine”. Carboncine Winery has already a long time tradition in producing some of the most typical grapes in that area such as Merlot, Malbec, Chardonnay and of course Glera for Prosecco.

Off skins using soft pressure wit a maximum yield of 70%

Tasting notes

Soft, light pink color. Elegant, fine bouquet, green apples, pear and hints of red wild fruit. Intense, dry and fresh on the palate.

Food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with all kinds of fish and shellfish.

Serving temperature: 8° – 9° C.
