It’s a century-old winery, and it’s the future. Its history dates back to 1821. to the year when manzanilla began to be produced. Since then, Barbadillo has not stopped developing, always looking for wines that surprise and leave their mark.

Winemaking

Balbaína is one of Marco’s historic vineyards, with a white soil full of limestone that is reflected in the soft and delicious wine taste of this Cádiz land.

Tasting notes

The wine has a pale yellow color in the glass. The aroma of the wine is delicious with a white flesh that has a subtle spicy aroma. Delicate, soft, elegant and delicious.

An ideal complement to fish and seafood, smoked salads, rice and vegetables.
