Celler Cedó Anguera is a small family winery located in the town of La Serra d’Almos within the DO Montsanti. The winery owns 15 hectares of vineyards, all located in the municipal district of La Serra d’Almos, where the grapes used to produce these wines come from.

Winemaking

The Clònic Barrica, comes from the oldest vineyards in the area, a blend of the varieties, Carinyena, Garnacha Negra and Syrah, where Carinyena has a greater role, which is expressed in the character of the wine. The wine ages for 14 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Expressive on the nose, it conveys sensations of maturity, with touches that reflect the Carinyena varietal, a nose of ripe black fruit with marked hints of spice, balsamic and toast from the barrel. On the palate it is broad with an entry with weight and smoothness. Good aromatic intensity and present tones of aging.Recommended serving temperature: 15°C — 17°C
