Fina’s wines are the result of a land that is loved and fought for, they have the taste of the passion and of that grapes that have been wisely turned into wine, thanks to the dedication of the work in the vineyard. They have the familiar warmth and the experience of who has always done wine and has always know how to narrate it. This is how you transmit the hereditary character of the territory and the harmony of the men that search for excellence on a daily basis.

Winemaking

Produced predominantly from an aromatic grape variety only recently planted in Sicily, which gives the wine its distinctive characteristics. Espalier, with guyot pruning. 500 metres above sea level. 5500 plants per hectare with a yield of 60 quintals per hectare. Harvest in August. Fermentation in steel. Matured in steel, six months in bottle.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow in colour with golden highlights, the bouquet is reminiscent of spices and candied fruit. The taste of this wine is full and intense. Fruity and flowery notes emerge with hints of spices also on the palate.Recommended serving temperature: 12°C — 15°C

Food pairing

It is a wine that pairs perfectly with hors d’oeuvres and appetisers prepared with cheese and vegetables. It is ideal with fish dishes, risottos, pastas, grilled and fried dishes. It should be served chilled and can be appreciated as an aperitif.
