Clay-limestone soil (limestone with starfish) giving a compact soil. Fermentation and ageing in vats.

Tasting notes

Deep purple color. Intense nose well typified by the terroir with aromas of white truffles and roasted woody aromas. Ample and velvety on the palate with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon on the finish.

Pairing recommendation

Perfect with charcuterie, braised lamb, candied vegetables with mild spices and a cheese platter.
