Deep in the southwest of France, roughly halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse, lies the famous Armagnac region. At its very heart stretches an estate of 300 hectares, home to the beautiful 13th‑century Château de Gensac. Grapes have been grown here for more than 600 years.
EARTH TO EARTH (TERRE À TERRE)
Respectful of its origins in clay and limestone soils, this dry white wine has been patiently crafted in high-end oak barrels. It represents the quintessence of its component grape varieties. Mirroring the magnificent lands of Domaine de Gensac, this wine reveals itself harmoniously while maintaining exceptional intensity.
Serving Suggestion
Best served chilled at 10–12°C.
Pairs excellently with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, or creamy soft cheeses.
This wine has been aged in oak barrels, so letting it “breathe” for a few minutes after opening will help fully reveal its intense aromas.
