Château du Levant is the second wine of Château Liot, an excellent property in Barsac, a privileged place conducive to the production of great sweet wines. This property has belonged to the David family for several generations. Located on the clay-limestone plateau of Haut Barsac, near Château Climens, the vineyard makes the most of the microclimate characteristic of the Sauternes region. It is carried out in reasoned agriculture.

Tasting notes

Bright golden colour. Intense aromas of dried fruit and ripe yellow fruit (almond and apricot) with more subtle touches of honey. Balanced, structured, dominated by exotic fruit notes on the palate with a lively and fruity finish.

Perfect with an aperitif, foie gras, cheeses and desserts.
