Winemaking

Fermentation and maceration for 3 weeks in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks. Aged for 5 months in stainless‑steel tanks.

Tasting notes

Deep, intense colour. The nose is powerful and complex, with notes of black fruits. The palate is both velvety and full‑bodied, revealing aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry. Very good intensity with a pleasant freshness. The tannins are already well‑integrated, giving this wine excellent ageing potential.

Pairs perfectly with beef, chicken, pork, pizza, and strong cheeses.
