For several decades, the Laurent family has been operating its 37-hectare biodynamic estate in the commune of Saint-Loubès. Its priority is the natural interaction between mother earth, plant material and climatology. Racking without fining or filtration.
Winemaking
Finely gravelly clay-limestone soil. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.
