This family business for several generations is now managed by Joël Dupuy. Arrived in 1982, he endeavors to give back to the exploitation its letters of Nobility. The many awards accumulated demonstrate that the spirit of family tradition is well respected.

Clay-limestone soil. Traditional vinification, maceration for 3 weeks, temperature control by thermoregulation.
Tasting notes
A deep red colour with violet hues, a well-opened nose with notes of toast and cocoa, ripe fruit juice; strawberry and blackberry. Good balance on the palate, nice sweetness well supported by a frame with coated tannins and immediate pleasure.
Pairing recommendation
Ideal with roast poultry or a piece of grilled veal.
