This cognac house was founded by Pierre de Segonzac. Pierre came from a traditional bouilleur de cru (cognac maker who distils only his own harvest) family who settled in Segonzac, in the heart of the Grande Champagne growing region of Cognac (Cognac 1st Cru) from 1702. onwards. Pierre’s portrait is quite appropriately used as the company logo, but today Pierre’s grandson Pablo Ferrand runs the family vineyards at La Nérolle in Segonzac. The family still distils its own wine, ageing it with the same care and tradition as in the old days. Christian, Pablo’s father, is responsible for customer service and distribution – worldwide. Pierre would have been very proud to see the revival of his treasured brand and how it works today.
Cognac Premium Pierre De Segonzac
A powerful cognac made from the complex aromas of citrus fruits blended with subtle notes of lily. A mild and pleasant long finish, perfect for cognac lovers.
Recommendations for use
A pleasant ingredient for cocktails or long drinks to maintain the cognac flavour without overpowering the mix. Enjoy it straight or as a long drink with tonic or ginger oil for a surprisingly refreshing aperitif.
