Tasting notes
Dark and intense red ruby. Exuberant variety of smells: plum jam, cherries, figs and raisin. Roses and violet bouquet. Essential oils of cinnamon, orange, juniper. Soft and full taste. Strong and balanced, is perfect for the traditional Apulian long cooked food. Ends with a final taste of red fruits jam. Serving temperature: 18°C.
Food pairing
Grilled Florentine steak, red wine pot roast, pheasant chest with dates.
According to tradition: “spuntature” ragu of Apulian tradition, lamb in cooking pot, slices of horse meat in tomato sauce.
