In 1996, Nicholas Hammeken, who already had experience in marketing and selling wine in various European countries, opened his own business. At first, the company was just selling and reselling wines from other wineries, but then, in 2001, they had their first own line of wines. The company follows the latest global trends in order to produce wine of very good quality and at a relatively inexpensive price from local Spanish grape varieties.
Winemaking
Fruit forward wine that represents quality and affordability, meaning that everyone can enjoy and appreciate these Spanish wines and incorporate into everyday life.Vines 30 years and older. Harvest in September, cold maceration at a temperature of 5°C for 48 hours and fermentation for 12-18 days at 24-28°C. Partially aged in 100% French oak.
Tasting notes
Clear deep ruby red colour with purple highlights. Clean medium intense aromas reminiscent of black cherries, mature strawberries with notes of exotic spices and eucalyptus. On the palate it is medium dry, medium-full bodied, soft tannins and a long finish.
