About wine
This red wine has been made with a selection of Bobal grapes from vineyards in the upper area of Utiel Requena. With yields of less than 1 kg per vine, it was harvested in mid-October. A pre-fermentation maceration has been carried out at 3ºC for 4 days and it has been fermented at 26ºC, remaining with its pastes for a further 10 days. 50% of the wine has undergone malolactic fermentation for 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Intense red wine, with a violet rim and dense tears. Aroma of broom, red fruit and English caramel with light smoky nuances. In the mouth it is resounding, filling the mouth leaving oaky sensations.
