The Bestel family is known to have settled in Mauritius around 1800. . Originally hailing from Sedan in the Ardennes-Champagne region of France, the production of fine liqueurs is deeply rooted in the family’s heritage. Following his father’s passion, who ran a small business distilling alcohol and liqueurs from sugarcane, Frederic began creating his own lychee liqueur during his studies, earning widespread acclaim.
Tasting notes
