Guasti Vinciarett Rosé is a special Rosé because it is made from 100% Barbera. Similar to its red brother Barbera, but with a lighter color and a slightly fresher and fruitier taste. Barbera rosé from Piedmont is a nice addition to the range of rosé wines and offers a special and stylish alternative to the better-known French rosé wines.

Degustation notes

Rosé is challengingly light in color and has fruity aromas of red berries and cherries. You can taste these red-fruity properties in the taste with notes of light spiciness and sometimes even a slight bitterness. Tightly dry and characterful with a beautiful freshness are characteristic of the Barbera grape with minimal tannins.

Food pairing

It can be beautifully accompanied by lighter dishes, such as salads, fish and is absolutely fantastic with crustaceans and shellfish.
