Winemaking

Grapes for our Bright Young Things Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from premium cool-climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia. Cool climate fruit produces crisp and fresh Sauvignon Blanc with intense aromatics and a bright taste.

Tasting notes

Fresh crunchy acidity gives way to a bright palate, with passionfruit, lychees and classic grassy characters. Balanced with beautiful length and a hint of fruit sweetness.
