The company founded by Agostino Marsura is still in Val de Cune in Guia di Valdobbiadene in the original buildings which, over the years, have been expanded and improved so that today they house some of the most advanced technology helping them to guarantee quality while caring for the environment. The winery is almost hidden from view sitting among the family’s vineyards in the most prestigious areas of the DOCG zone: Cartizze, Col San Martino, Guia, Premaor, Rolle, Zuel and Le Serre.
Winemaking
White vinification, with gentle pressing and a maximum yield of 70%. The fresh air coming from the San Boldo Pass reaches our hillside vineyards, slowing the ripening of the grapes and giving them that characteristic hint of tartness ideal for brut.
Tasting notes
The aroma is delicate and slightly aromatic with an elegant complexity reminiscent of golden apple. Hints of wildflowers, the taste is intense, dry and fresh. Fine and persistent perlage. Serving temperature 8° – 9° C.
Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, it elegantly accompanies all fish dishes.
