Luca Menicucci’s company Menicucci 1689 is the success of a man who has always strongly believed in his territory. Tuscany, a wonderful land whose wines are loved the world over. In his wines, he describes a landscape that, in the simplicity of its grapes, captivates the tastes of the whole world.

Winemaking

Harvest during the first half of September. The grapes are soft pressed and the must obtained ferments for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature, 15-20° in stainless steel tanks. The wine then is stored at 18/20°, in stainless steel tanks until the bottling time.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour. A persistent bouquet, with hints of fruit and aromatic herbs. Soft, light acidity in the mouth. Fresh and lovable.
