Vinification
The grapes, harvested at the time of their complete maturation, short cold maceration, soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature. Slow refermentation in autoclave, aging and aging in bottle.
Tasting notes
Pale lemon, slightly sweet full-bodied taste, hints of bread crust, ripe fruit and wild flowers.
Food pairing
Goes perfectly with the Mediterranean flavors, such as shellfish and fish dishes also structured.
