Prédiction is a 100% Meunier made using traditional methods. It is matured on laths for an average of 2 years. This cuvée is the first creation of Champagne Dom Caudron, the one that embodies the identity of the Passy-Grigny terroir and the particularity of its Meunier grape variety. Its notes of citrus fruit and honey are its typical attributes. A champagne of conviviality and pleasure.Clay-limestone and clay-sand soils. Integrated viticulture, hand-picked. 8000 kg Coquard press. Cold settling for 12 hours. Complete malolactic fermentation.
