The vines of Beau‑Rivage come from top‑quality Bordeaux AOC vineyards located on the slopes between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers. The mix of clay, gravel, and sandy soils helps create the unique Bordeaux terroir that is characteristic of Beau‑Rivage. Fermented 100% in tanks with no oak. The wine is crafted in a very fruity, straightforward style intended for early drinking.
Tasting notes
The wine has a straw‑yellow colour. It shows aromas of fresh citrus fruits, lemongrass, elderflower, and delicately highlighted apricot notes. The palate is lightly sweet and mineral.
Food pairings
Perfect as an aperitif and also with foie gras, turkey, blue cheeses, and sweet desserts.
