At the Allacher winery, the indispensable knowledge of tradition are combined with the modern insights of the next generation. What grows from this are great wines. The vineyards are located on about 30 hectares of the unique wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee, including the legendary vineyards Altenberg and Salzberg. The soil gives the potential. Winemaking

Pure variety sparkling wine made from Muskat Ottonel, beautifully fruity – produced according to the classic bottle fermentation method – Champagne method.

Tasting notes

Typical Muscat bouquet with floral lilac accents, notes like lychee meet elder blossom with a little orange and mango.Recommended serving temperature: 6° — 8°C
