Winemaking

Sandy loam soil. Average vines of 15 years of age. Grapes from night-time harvesting. Cryomaceration of the grapes and controlled fermentation.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow colour, with steely greenish hues, very clean and bright. Complex and intense aromas of floral character and light hints of fruit such as green apple and pear, accompanied by clear herbaceous hints typical of the Verdejo variety. Ample taste, with good acidity.

Food pairing

Perfect with soft cheese, fish, white meats, seafood and appetizers. Serve between 8° and 10°.
