Casa Vinicola Guizzo on pereettevõte, mis on kasvatanud viinapuid ja tootnud kvaliteetset prosecco’t juba peaaegu sada aastat. Kasutades ainult ja eranditult käsitsi korjatud viinamarju Valdobbiadene mägedest, jälgib ta isiklikult kogu veinivalmistamise ja lõpuks ka oma veinide vahuveini valmistamise protsessi. 1925. aastal Valdobbiadene künklikel mägedel vanaisa Angelo poolt asutatud Guizzo perekond tegutseb jätkuvalt sama kirega.
About the wine
Is there Prosecco without bubbles? Of course! Rightly, the name Prosecco is associated with a light and pleasant sparkling wine, but there is also a version without gas – tranquillo, although very rare and exported outside Italy. Perera Prosecco Tranquillo is a wine obtained from 100% Glera grapes with more exposure to the sun – pleasantly fruity with a fresh and dry taste, ideal for any meal with fish, cold meats and fresh cheeses.
Winemaking
Clayey hillside soil. Inverted capuccina training. Harvested by hand. White vinification with soft pressing. Maturation 2/3 months.
Tasting notes
Pleasantly fruity with a dry flavour.
Food pairing
It goes well with appetisers and fish dishes in general.
