Located in the heart of the Burgundian Golden Triangle (Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault), Chartron et Trébuchet is today recognised for the very high quality of its white wines, including 5 Grands Crus, and is remembered by connoisseurs as the creator of the greatest Puligny-Montrachet wines, symbols of the House.
Winemaking
Mâconnais vineyard, located in the southern part of the Burgundy vineyard near Macon. The soil is limestone and clayey-limestone. Traditional vinification: hand-picked grapes, pressed after harvesting, alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature of around 20°C. The wine is then racked, filtered and bottled.
Tasting notes
Bright pale yellow colour. Complex nose with aromas of hazelnut. Harmonious and fat palate with a good aromatic expression.Recommended serving temperature: 10 – 12°C

To be served with poultry in cream sauce, grilled meat and fish in sauce.
