Poulet & Fils is a four‑generation family winery located along the steep hillsides of the Drôme Valley. The vineyards are planted in small clay‑limestone plots around the villages of Pontaix, Montlaur‑en‑Diois, Vercheny and Châtillon‑en‑Diois. Muscat, Clairette, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Gamay thrive in this exceptional climate, shaped by harsh winters and Mediterranean summers. The estate follows sustainable practices and holds the High Environmental Value (HEV) certification, highlighting its commitment to biodiversity and soil health. Once fully ripe, the grapes are carefully harvested and vinified to produce high‑quality Clairette de Die, Crémant de Die and Châtillon‑en‑Diois wines.

Tasting notes

This dry and fruity white wine, made exclusively from the noble Muscat à petits grains grape, shows a delightful liveliness. Its expressive bouquet opens with delicate lychee notes and a subtle hint of bitter orange. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between refreshing acidity and gentle sweetness.
