Finca Ca n’Estella is a family‑run estate managed by the Rabetllat and Vidal family. Delfí Rabetllat was a great lover of wine culture, had taken part in winemaking for years, and decided to acquire the property in 1964. In 1992, Mercè Rabetllat and her husband Jaume Vidal decided to revive the traditional family winemaking activity. Today, the third generation, together with a team of external professionals, continues this work.

Winemaking

A cava made from the finest Xarel·lo grapes. The base wine is fermented in barrels. Aged for at least 60 months.

Tasting notes

A straw‑coloured cava with excellent foam formation and fine, elegant bubbles that create a uniform and persistent crown. Its aroma evokes pastries and dried fruits. On the palate, it is pleasant and well‑integrated, with fine and elegant bubbles. Balanced acidity. Full and persistent, with a long and pleasant finish. Recommended serving temperature: 6–8°C
