Winemaking

Ratafia is a classic Champagne aperitif. In this amber version, you’ll find the flavours of cranberry, blackcurrant and strawberry jam. This aperitif liqueur was very popular with Abbé Dom Caudron and the other founders of Champagne Dom Caudron.
