It’s a century-old winery, and it’s the future. Its history dates back to 1821. to the year when manzanilla began to be produced. Since then, Barbadillo has not stopped developing, always looking for wines that surprise and leave their mark.

Barbadillo Tinto reflects the Andalusian lifestyle and gastronomy. A wine that is not going to compare itself to anyone. Different, unique, surprising in itself.

Tasting notes

Deep cherry color. Aromatic, ripe forest fruits, cheerful, Andalusian in nature. Soft tannins that leave subtle licorice and forest fruit notes. Tasty, easy to drink and pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing

Its special flavor is ideal for cheese soufflés, spiced meat pudding, grilled or baked meat, stews with vegetables, rice and legumes, Iberian sirloin or baked beef with potato soufflé or simply steamed potatoes.
