Carricante is a white Italian grape variety grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna in eastern Sicily. High-yielding variety with high acidity.

Accurate destemming, soft pressing and static sedimentation at low temperature.

The variety yields fresh, high-acid, straw-colored white wines with various aromas: orange, grapefruit and anise, pronounced minerality.
