Winemaking

Traditional fermentation with punching‑down, followed by several months of ageing in temperature‑controlled stainless‑steel tanks to preserve the varietal character.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby colour with a developed nose showing red‑fruit notes. On the palate, a fresh fruity attack and a long finish supported by a well‑defined acidity.
Serving Temperature 14–16°C. Aging Potential 6 years.
