Winemaking

After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C, the wine ages for 9 months in stainless steel tanks to express the maximum terroir characteristics. The color is pale yellow, and the wine offers fresh fruits and great minerality.

Tasting notes

Bright and lively, this Chablis has clean flavors of pears, citrus fruits, and white flowers. It has a nice medium body with hints of minerality and the classic salinity that comes through on the finish.
