Valdespino Rare Spirits, a triple distilled Dry Gin in small batches, aged for 4 years in a selected butt that has previously contained Inocente, Valdespino’s iconic fino, giving it a unique personality. This is a Single Cask gin with a very limited production, in which only 785 numbered bottles have been filled.Of a pale golden color with greenish nuances, highlighting the vanilla notes. On the palate, notes of citrus, juniper, walnut and minerals are appreciated, the latter two provided by that aging in the Fino butts. leaving a light and smooth aftertaste with a touch of saltiness. turning it into a round, smooth gin with exceptional finesse.A dry, delicate and harmonious gin.
