About wine
In the soil of Utiel Requena, in the interior of Valencia, a traditional Spanish wine is produced from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes. The terroir with contrasting temperatures in summer, with hot days and cold nights, is ideal for fine labels with intense and elegant aromas. After aging for 12 months in American oak barrels, a reserve-type wine is produced.
Tasting notes
Wine with an intense cherry red color and orange tones. Intense aromas of red fruits and vanilla, on the palate it is soft, long with an elegant and spicy finish.
Food pairing
Grilled red meats, such as entrecot and rib, parmesan cheese risotto with fillet, bacon-wrapped pork ribs, picanha stuffed with cheese, meat lasagna, zucchini stuffed with shimeji, charcuterie board.
