Rosso Virgo comes from a blend of Cabernet S. and Merlot grapes grown in the family business in C / da Feotto in the upper Jato Valley, where the international varieties have adapted beautifully to the climate and terroir of our high hill vineyards. Elegance and immediacy are feelings expressed by Virgo, which make it suitable for any occasion.

Vinification

Destemming, fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature in truncated conical Allier oak vats, racking, malolactic fermentation and aging in cement tanks for six months.

Tasting notes

The color is ruby red. Round and soft. Notes of red fruits and plums. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.

Best with beef, pasta and lamb.
