His Rieslings and Silvaners from the distinctive single vineyards Harxheimer Schlossberg and Harxheimer Lieth reveal the full greatness and potential of this landscape. Winemaking

Ageing in stainless steel tanks and traditional 1,200 L oak Stückfass; partial
spontaneous fermentation; maturation on full lees.

Tasting notes

Fruity, slightly vegetal nose reminiscent of freshly cut grass, damp earth and
ripe melon. An elegant representative of the Burgundian family, soft and
flattering on the palate, paired with animating acidity and fine minerality.
