HARXHEIM SCHLOSSBERG RIESLING DRY is a single‑vineyard Riesling expressing the pure character of the Harxheim Schlossberg site and the origin of the hinterland.

Winemaking

Selective harvesting in several passes, extended skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation in stoneware vessels, more than 6 months of full‑lees ageing, gentle filtration and 6 months of bottle maturation.

Tasting notes

The nose shows wet stone, freshly cut meadow and subtle yellow fruit. On the palate it is taut, mineral and persistent; citrus and sage with ethereal spice. Very dry yet balanced, with pronounced grip and impressive length. Serving temperature: 10–14°C. Drinking: now – 2030+.
